Build Beyond You Accelerator Terms Of Sale

Program-Specific Terms & Conditions (Addendum)
Build Beyond You Accelerator
Updated: July 2026
Programme: Build Beyond You Accelerator (“Programme”)
Provider: CJC Digital Ltd, trading as Outside The Norm (“Charlotte”, “we”, “us”, “our”, the “Company”)

1. Relationship to General Terms
This Program-Specific Terms & Conditions Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements and forms part of our General Terms & Conditions available at outsidethenorm.co/website-terms-of-use (“General Terms”) and our Privacy Policy at outsidethenorm.co/privacy-policy. By purchasing or accessing the Programme, you agree to be bound by the General Terms, the Privacy Policy, and this Addendum. In the event of any conflict between this Addendum and the General Terms, this Addendum prevails in respect of the Programme.

2. About Us
CJC Digital Ltd, trading as Outside The Norm, is a limited company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 16883107, registered office 27 Gorse Lane, Bayston Hill, Shrewsbury, SY3 0JJ. You can contact us at charlotte@outsidethenorm.co.

3. The Programme
3.1 The Build Beyond You Accelerator is a coaching and implementation programme built around Charlotte Courtney’s Six Pillars methodology (Standard, Positioning, Demand, Conversion, Structure, Scale), designed to help agency and service-business founders build a business that does not rely on them as the bottleneck.
3.2 The Programme includes a live launch component, delivered over a small number of consecutive days as notified to you at the point of purchase or enrolment, followed by continued group coaching, training content, templates and community access for the remainder of the Programme term.
3.3 The Programme operates in a live, evolving field. Content, templates, schedules, guest contributions and formats that are current at the time of purchase may be updated, replaced or retired during your access period to keep the Programme effective and relevant. The core framework — the Six Pillars — is what we commit to delivering; participation does not guarantee access to any specific piece of content, template, call or schedule referenced in marketing at the time of purchase.

4. Access Period
4.1 Your access to the Programme (coaching calls, community, training materials and any associated software or platform access) runs for 6 months from the Effective Date (the date of purchase or enrolment), unless otherwise stated in your order confirmation.
4.2 Access periods are contractual limits, not guarantees of indefinite availability. We may need to move, update or discontinue specific platforms or tools used to deliver the Programme (for example Slack, ClickUp or Zoom) for operational reasons; where we do, we will give you reasonable notice and a reasonable alternative means of access where practicable.
4.3 On expiry of your 6-month access period, your access to live coaching, the community and the platform will end. You are responsible for retaining anything you personally need before your access ends, subject to Section 8 (Intellectual Property Rights) below.

5. Fees and Payment
5.1 The Fee for the Programme for members joining between 16.07.26 and 26.07.26 is £3,997 (exclusive of VAT), payable either (a) in full at the point of purchase, or (b) in 6 equal monthly instalments of £666, each due on the same date each month from the Effective Date. The Fee for the Programme may increase after this date.
5.2 By purchasing the Programme, you agree to pay the entire Fee selected at checkout, regardless of your subsequent level of participation. If you choose the instalment option, instalments remain due in full even if you stop participating, disengage, or your access is suspended or terminated under Section 14.
5.3 If any payment is not made when due, we will charge a fixed administrative fee of £150 per missed payment, and may suspend your access to the Programme until all outstanding amounts are paid.
5.4 We may also charge interest on overdue amounts at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, accruing daily and compounding monthly, or claim interest and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, where applicable.
5.5 Where any payment is more than 14 days overdue, this is a material breach of this Addendum. We may terminate your access immediately, and you remain liable for all outstanding Fees, together with any reasonable costs (including legal and collection costs) we incur in recovering them.

6. Cancellation Rights and Refund Policy
6.1 Right to cancel within 14 days
Should you change your mind about proceeding with the Programme within the first 14 days of the Effective Date, you may cancel this arrangement and a refund will be provided in accordance with this Section 6.
6.2 Making a refund request
Refund requests must be made in writing to charlotte@outsidethenorm.co. Where you are entitled to a refund under this Section 6, it will be paid within 10 working days of the date of your request.
6.3 Early access during the cancellation period
Because places on the Programme are limited and the live component begins shortly after enrolment, at checkout you will be asked to give express consent for the Programme to begin (including access to any live sessions, calls, community or digital materials) within the 14-day period referred to in this Section, and to confirm that you understand the effect this has on your cancellation right, as set out below.
6.4 Refunds where the Programme has already started
Where one or more coaching calls, live sessions, or Programme materials have already been provided within the first 14 days following the Effective Date, you are still entitled to request a refund, but the value of the session(s), live event days, or materials already provided (or deemed provided due to late cancellation) will be deducted from the amount refunded, along with any reasonable costs we have incurred. This value will be determined pro-rata against the full 6-month Programme term and will include any preparatory work we have completed.
6.5 No refunds after 14 days
There is no obligation on us to refund any amount paid where a cancellation request is made following the 14-day period referred to in this Section. Due to the nature of coaching, group programmes and their accompanying materials, we do not offer refunds, credits, part-refunds or discounts for change of mind, non-attendance, lack of participation, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction with results, or early withdrawal from the Programme for any reason, including where an instalment plan has not yet been paid in full.
6.6 Requests outside the 14-day period
Should you wish to request a refund outside of the 14-day cancellation period, you should set out your request in writing and send it to charlotte@outsidethenorm.co. Any such request will be considered at our discretion in accordance with Section 6.5.
6.7 Statutory rights preserved
Nothing in this Section 6 affects your right to a refund, repair, replacement, or price reduction where the Programme is not provided with reasonable care and skill, as protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Licence, Single-User Access and Acceptable Use
7.1 We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to access and use the Programme and the Materials (as defined in Section 8) solely for your own learning and implementation within your own business.
7.2 Programme access is granted to one named individual only — the person who purchased or was allocated the place. You must not:
share your login, community or platform credentials with anyone else;
allow a business partner, employee, colleague or any third party to access the Programme using your account; or
attend live sessions, coaching calls or community spaces on behalf of, or in place of, another person.
7.3 If you purchased the Programme on behalf of a company or agency, the licence in this Section 7 applies only to the single named individual registered for the place. Additional individuals from the same business who wish to access the Programme must each purchase their own place, unless we agree a multi-seat arrangement with you in writing in advance.
7.4 This licence terminates automatically and immediately if your access period ends, or if you breach this Addendum, including this Section 7 or Sections 8 and 9 below.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 All content provided as part of the Programme — including the curriculum, the Six Pillars framework and its structure and sequencing, training videos and recordings, worksheets, templates, ClickUp boards, slide decks, community posts made by us, and any other materials we make available (together, the “Materials”) — is the intellectual property of CJC Digital Ltd and/or Charlotte Courtney, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Addendum transfers any ownership or intellectual property rights in the Materials to you.
8.2 You must not copy, screenshot, screen-record, download for redistribution, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense or otherwise share any of the Materials with any third party, in whole or in part, except where we have given express written permission.
8.3 You must not record any live coaching call, community session or webinar without our express prior consent.
8.4 If you wish to use any Materials outside the scope of the personal licence in Section 7 — for example, in your own business’s public marketing, training or client-facing materials — you must request our written permission first, via charlotte@outsidethenorm.co.

9. Prohibited Use and Non-Replication
9.1 You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly, whether during or at any time after your access to the Programme:
create, offer, teach or sell any free or paid programme, course, template, or service that is identical to, substantially similar to, or derived from the Build Beyond You Accelerator or the Six Pillars framework;
replicate the Programme’s curriculum, structure, sequencing or educational design in your own or a third party’s offer;
present the Programme, the Six Pillars framework, or any adaptation of them as your own original work or methodology;
assist, enable or facilitate any third party in doing any of the above.
9.2 This restriction does not prevent you from applying what you learn to grow your own business, or from referencing information Charlotte Courtney has published openly (for example, on her podcast, social channels or website). It does prevent you from teaching, commercialising, licensing or repurposing how the Programme itself is built and delivered.
9.3 You acknowledge that a breach of this Section 9 may cause us damage that is difficult to quantify and may not be adequately remedied by damages alone. In addition to any other remedy available to us, we may seek injunctive relief to prevent or stop a breach, and may recover our reasonable legal costs in doing so.

10. Confidentiality
10.1 We will treat any personal or business information you share with us during the Programme as confidential, and will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver the Programme, as required by law, or with your consent.
10.2 Because the Programme includes group coaching, a community and cohort-based discussion, you agree to treat anything shared by other participants — including their personal or business information, ideas or strategies — as confidential, and not to disclose or use it outside the Programme without that participant’s permission.
10.3 The obligations in this Section 10 survive the end of your access to the Programme.

11. Community and Conduct
11.1 The Programme includes access to a private community and/or group coaching calls. By participating, you agree not to:
promote, market, pitch or sell your own or a third party’s product, service or offer within the community or on calls, or post affiliate or referral links, unless we expressly permit this;
solicit other participants to message you privately, or use the community or calls for lead generation, recruitment or market research;
post content that is abusive, discriminatory, misleading or disruptive to the group;
create parallel or splinter groups using Programme participants without our prior written permission;
misuse the “Outside The Norm” or “Build Beyond You” names or branding.
11.2 Any views, advice or information shared by other participants are their own; we do not vet, endorse or guarantee other participants or their businesses, and any interaction with them is at your own risk.
11.3 We may, at our reasonable discretion, remove content, mute or remove a participant from a call, or suspend or terminate a participant’s access to the community or Programme, if we believe these conduct rules or this Addendum have been breached. Removal on these grounds does not entitle you to a refund or extension of access.

12. Client Responsibilities and No Guarantee of Results
12.1 You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and the action you take (or don’t take) in relation to your business, finances, team and personal life as a result of the Programme. We are not liable for your failure to implement, or for any results arising from your participation.
12.2 Participation in the Programme, and any testimonial, example or case study we share, does not guarantee any particular outcome, income, revenue or level of business success. Any figures we reference are illustrative only; your results depend on factors specific to you, including your effort, market, experience and circumstances.
12.3 The Programme is educational and business coaching in nature. It is not financial, legal, medical or psychological advice, and is not a substitute for professional advice or therapy. You should seek independent professional advice before acting on anything shared in the Programme.
12.4 You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your breach of this Addendum or your participation in the Programme, save to the extent caused by our negligence or breach of contract.

13. Testimonials, Case Studies and Use of Your Results
13.1 If you share feedback, results or examples of your progress with us — whether during a coaching call, in the community, by email, or as a testimonial — you agree that we may reference and share this outside the Programme, including in our marketing, case studies, social media, website and sales materials.
13.2 Unless you give us written permission to include your name, business name, image or other identifying details, any such feedback or results will be shared anonymously or in a way that does not identify you.
13.3 Any income, revenue, growth or other results referenced in our marketing — including testimonials, case studies or examples from other participants — are illustrative of individual experiences only, in accordance with Section 12.2 above. We do not guarantee that you, or any other Client, will achieve similar results.
13.4 If you would prefer that we do not reference your feedback, results or participation in the Programme at all, please let us know in writing at charlotte@outsidethenorm.co, and we will respect that request going forward.

14. Termination
14.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Programme, without refund, if we reasonably believe you have breached this Addendum, including (without limitation) non-payment, breach of the licence or intellectual property terms in Sections 7 to 9, breach of confidentiality, or disruptive or abusive conduct under Section 11.
14.2 Other than for the reasons in 14.1 (which may be actioned immediately), either party may terminate for material breach if the breach is not remedied within 14 days of written notice.
14.3 On termination for any reason, your access to the Programme, the community, calls and any related platforms will be removed. We are not liable to you for the removal of that access, and no refund will be due except as required under Section 6.

15. Limitation of Liability
15.1 We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15.2 Subject to Section 15.1, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Programme, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to the total Fees you have paid to us at the time the claim arises.
15.3 Subject to Section 15.1, we are not liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, loss of business opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss.

16. Use of AI Tools
16.1 We deliver our coaching and Programme services transparently and using the most appropriate tools to achieve the outcomes you need, which may include AI tools. Where AI is used — for example for call recording, transcription or notetaking, or in the preparation of some Programme content or marketing materials — this is done in accordance with our AI Policy, which may vary from time to time. Full details are set out in our AI Policy, available at outsidethenorm.co/ai-policy.
16.2 We ask that you communicate with us, your coach and other participants directly and authentically, rather than via AI-generated messages presented as your own.

17. Data Protection
17.1 Any personal data you provide is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy at outsidethenorm.co/privacy-policy. Where you disclose personal or confidential information during coaching or community sessions, both parties remain individually responsible for complying with applicable data protection law.

18. Notices
18.1 Notices under this Addendum should be sent by email — to charlotte@outsidethenorm.co (to us) or to the email address you provided at checkout (to you) — and are treated as received on the day sent if before 5pm UK time on a business day, or otherwise on the next business day.

19. General
19.1 If any provision of this Addendum is found unlawful or unenforceable, the rest of the Addendum remains in effect.
19.2 We may update this Addendum from time to time; the version in force at the time of your purchase applies to you unless we are required by law to apply a later version.
19.3 You may not assign, transfer or sublicense your rights under this Addendum without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights under this Addendum in connection with a sale or restructure of our business.
19.4 This Addendum, together with the General Terms and Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between us regarding the Programme, and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements about it.
19.5 No failure or delay by either party in exercising a right under this Addendum operates as a waiver of it.
19.6 This Addendum does not create rights for anyone other than you and us, and no third party may enforce it under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
20.1 This Addendum is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
